How our Fiber-optics install process works.
Once you have shopped and read up on things on the website orders area, called, texted or emailed to get all your questions answered, you are ready to take the next step and set up your FiberConnect™ order online or with a tele-sales team member. Your electronic signature on our agreement is required and that can be done online on your mobile or your home PC.

ORDER ONLINE
Set-up your order at the montanasky.net website. We will securely collect the data about your selected service for your location address, responsible party, billing and security information.

GET SURVEYED
A technician will come to your property for a site survey to find the best way to get the fiber from the curb or pole to your network center inside your home. Then they will return to finalize the arrangements for an install date.

SCHEDULE
A MontanaSky Team member will contact you to confirm your order details and schedule your installation for a time you or a responsible party will be on-site.

INSTALL
We will enter fiber to the house to your network center, install the fiber ONT and a WIFI router and get it working. Then you can get busy connecting your devices.
